395g can NESTLÉ Top ‘n’ Fill caramel

250g packet butternut snap cookies

1 large banana, thinly sliced

300ml thickened cream, whipped

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Whisk the caramel in a bowl until smooth.

Place 1 butternut snap cookie on top of each of the 21 holes in two 12-hole round-based shallow patty pans. Bake for 3 minutes or until the biscuits have softened.

Working quickly, use a teaspoon to shape the biscuits into a cup, using the pan as a guide.

Divide the caramel among the biscuit cups, about 2 1/2 teaspoons per tart. Let the caramel stand for 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight until the caramel has almost set.

Once set, remove the tarts from the pans. Top with banana slices and dollop with whipped cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate for an added touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
