1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

10 egg roll wrappers

Vegetable oil for frying

Pickles, diced (optional)

Ketchup and mustard, for dipping
Directions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain excess grease.

Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture and stir to combine. Let it cool slightly.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles, if using.

Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center.
