600ml thickened cream

2 x 170g tubes sweetened condensed milk

70g (1/2 cup) Milo, plus extra to decorate

100ml Baileys Irish Cream liqueur

Using electric beaters, beat the cream and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl for 1 minute or until well combined.

Add the Milo and Baileys to the mixture and continue to beat for 2-3 minutes or until soft peaks form.

Spoon the mixture into a 1L (4-cup capacity) freezer-safe container and smooth the surface.

Sprinkle extra Milo on top and use a spoon to swirl it into the mixture to create a ripple effect.

Cover the surface with plastic wrap and freeze overnight or until firm.
